🌍

An Inclusive, Affirming Practice

At Grey Wellness, we believe every person deserves care that sees them fully. This is a space rooted in dignity and respect, regardless of immigration status, national origin, religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, body size, or any of the other beautiful, complex things that make us human.

Grey Wellness was founded by Mónica Grey, a licensed therapist, an immigrant, a woman, and a woman of color. Her path to this work was shaped by knowing firsthand what it feels like to navigate systems that were not always designed with you in mind, and still needing to heal, to rest, to feel whole.

That lived experience is not incidental to this practice. It is the foundation of it.

We stand against misogyny, racism, colorism, sexism, ableism, machismo, classism, elitism, xenophobia, antisemitism, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia, and any other system that reduces a person's humanity to a category.

If you've ever wondered whether there is a therapy space that is truly safe for someone like you, we want you to know: this one is.

Something brought you here today.

Curiosity, exhaustion, courage, or maybe all three. Whatever it was, we're glad you're here. You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out.
